Use our compounds to flavour any dessert; cakes and muffins, mousses, Bavarian cream, mascarpone cream, and more besides! Start off with a dose of 7.5%, and you can adjust depending on taste and colour. You can also make your ice cream taste great with our compounds. Beautifully balanced colours, flavours, acidity and sugar content mean that a dose of 7.5% will give you a truly delicious ice cream.
