Salted Caramel and Brownie Dessert

Recipe

Split the egg and beat the eggwhites.
Mix the egg yolk with the sugar to a frothy mass, stir in the mascapone and the compound salted caramel.
Add both mixtures together and mix carefully. Make sure the mixture stays airy.
Take a glass, put in 3 pieces of brownie and pour over some topping salted caramel.
Fill the glasses with the mascarpone mixture.
Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Finish the tiramisu with some cocoapowder and chocolade flakes.

110 g topping salted caramel
