Fresh yoghurts, drinking yoghurts or cream cheese with a dash of fruit - delicious! Make them with our fruit preparations for dairy products. Conventional, organic, smooth or chunky? Colac’s fruit preparations can be used any way you want to. We’ve even developed a preparation with no pips or husks, especially for drinks.

Endless variety of flavours, organic or without additives

Do you want to shake things up? Our fruit preparations are available in an amazing array of different flavours, so you can surprise your clients over and over with new products. And many of our fruit preparations are also available as an organic version - and, of course, they’re certified. All of our fruit preparations are packaged in 3 kg ‘easy-opening’ tins you can pull open without a tin opener. If you use large quantities of fruit, we can also supply 12 kg tins.

Chef's tip

You can easily mix our fruit preparations through your yoghurt to get a beautiful, delicious yoghurt. Why not also try layering some fruit preparation at the bottom of your yoghurt? Not only does this look nice, but you’ll also get a double taste sensation!
