Dessert glass with red fruits

Recipe

Wash the strawberries, drain them and remove the crowns. Dab the strawberries dry well.
Put the strawberries in the food processor and grind them into a puree in a few seconds.
Now add the egg white, and mix everything together at high speed in 2 minutes. Your mousse will be ready as soon as it stays firmly on your spoon.
Spread a layer of Colac coulis red fruits over 4 glasses and carefully spoon the mousse over it.
Garnish with the remaining strawberries.
