Pork Tenderloin with herb cheese and cherries

Recipe

Cut the pork tenderloins open lengthwise and brush inside with grain mustard and herb cheese.
Wrap the pork tenderloins with bacon. Place the rolls in a bowl and add the cherry beer (make sure the meat is covered in beer). Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Remove the meat from the marinade and scorch it all around in sunflower oil. Put it in an ovendish and leave it for another 15 minutes in the oven.
Heat the cherries.
Serve the pork tenderloin with the cherries. Nice addition: stewed carrots and homemade croquettes.

1 bottle of cherry beer
