Cuberdon Yogurt Squares

Recipe

Partially bake (for about 10 minutes) the shortbread in an oven tray of 35cm x 20 cm
Meanwhile beat cream cheese, plain yogurt, flour, eggs and compound cuberdon until smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly over the partially baked base.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes and afterwards refrigerate until chilled.
Serve with strawberry crumble, grated coconut and topping coconut.
